Symptoms

• Endpoint receives no events
• Inbound messages not visible
• Webhook not received at all

Likely causes

• Wrong/non-public webhook URL
• Endpoint not returning 2xx
• Webhook auto-disabled after repeated failures

How to fix

• Ensure a public HTTPS URL
• Return 200 quickly, process async
• Re-enable the webhook and check delivery logs
