What is the 24-hour window?
The 24-hour period since the customer’s last message where you can send free-form messages. After it you need a template.
Can I use a personal number?
No. You need a registered WhatsApp Business number.
How is the nxk_live key different from dashboard login?
The `nxk_live` key is only for the Public API `/api/public/v1` and MCP — not the dashboard login or the session `/api/*` endpoints.
